Skill Set

The candidate for the 3D Visualizer role should demonstrate advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Photoshop, with the ability to produce high-quality visual representations of architectural designs. Familiarity with real-time rendering software such as Twinmotion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine is highly advantageous. A strong artistic sensibility, combined with technical accuracy and a deep understanding of material creation and natural lighting, is essential. Excellent project management and communication skills are also required to support multiple teams and ensure visual consistency.

Responsibility

This role involves responsiblility for creating detailed digital imagery, including 2D/3D renderings, animations, and immersive 360°/VR visuals, across various stages of architectural projects. This also includes close collaboration with project architects and team coordinators to support the development and presentation of design concepts. Additional responsibilities include managing multiple visual outputs, enhancing architectural visuals through realistic materials and lighting, and contributing to the overall workflow of the studio by ensuring timely and high-quality visual deliverables.
