Skill Set
As a 3D Visualizer, you must be proficient in software such as 3D Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape and Adobe Photoshop. A solid understanding of architectural and interior detailing, lighting, textures, and material rendering is essential. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, spatial awareness, and the ability to translate design concepts into photorealistic visualizations. Strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as is the ability to interpret design briefs and work closely with architects and interior designers.
Responsibility
The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality, detailed visual representations of architectural and interior design concepts. This includes developing photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and conceptual 3D models based on drawings and design briefs. The role involves close collaboration with the design team to ensure visuals accurately reflect the intended mood, materiality, and spatial composition. The visualizer will also manage timelines, make necessary revisions based on feedback, and contribute to presentations that effectively communicate the design vision to clients.
