Skill Set

A highly creative individual with a keen eye for design, spatial planning, and material selection is ideal for this role. Females preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other 3D visualization tools is essential. Knowledge of color theory, materials, lighting, and furniture selection helps in crafting functional yet visually appealing spaces. Strong leadership and communication skills are vital for managing projects, collaborating with clients, vendors, and teams, while also overseeing store management and driving sales.

Responsibility

You will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution through coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers. Managing design teams, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining quality control will be key aspects of your role. You will also handle store operations, uphold high display standards, and drive sales initiatives. Additionally, you will lead material selection, develop detailed layouts, and ensure design solutions align with the client’s vision while staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
