Responsibility

Support the design and operations teams by managing the full procurement process for furnishings and FF&E with accuracy and efficiency.

• Place and manage product orders across vendor platforms and trade portals
• Track order confirmations, shipping status, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Maintain detailed procurement trackers and documentation for active projects
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty claims when needed
• Liaise with receiving teams or site contacts to ensure timely and successful deliveries
