Skill Set

Leadership, refined aesthetics, and technical mastery are core to this role. A Senior Interior Designer should be able to shape design direction, mentor teams, and deliver interiors that balance functionality with timeless luxury.

• Expertise in concept development, spatial layouts, and mood boards
• Strong command of bespoke furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and joinery planning
• Ability to guide 3D visualization teams and ensure render accuracy
• Advanced FF&E sourcing, including art, antiques, textiles, and décor
• Excellent client communication and proven experience in luxury interiors

Responsibility

Senior designers are expected to translate vision into built reality, ensuring every stage of the project is executed with precision, clarity, and consistency.

• Develop luxury interior concepts, layouts, and visual narratives
• Lead detailed planning for custom furniture, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Collaborate with 3D teams to ensure output aligns with design intent
• Curate and source FF&E, artwork, textiles, and luxury décor
• Oversee planning, tender, and construction documentation with quality control
• Manage projects from concept to execution while coordinating teams and vendors
