Skill Set

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Design or Visual Communication, with at least one year of experience in a studio or agency environment. Strong communication skills and initiative are essential for collaborating and problem-solving effectively. The candidate must possess excellent research skills to inform design decisions. Proficiency in relevant design tools and software is required, along with the ability to create compelling pitch presentations and decks. The candidate must be adept at translating ideas into impactful and strategic design solutions.

Responsibility

As a brand designer, your responsibilities include collaborating with the team to define and execute visual styles that align with brand strategy. You will create and refine brand identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms. You’ll be responsible for designing typography, digital assets, and web elements, while also ensuring that client expectations are met with creative and strategic design solutions. You will actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas, and working within deadlines to deliver high-quality, impactful designs.
