Skill Set

The ideal candidate, with at least two years of experience, should have a strong foundation in high-end interior design, specializing in bespoke furniture and intricate layouts. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills are crucial for overseeing projects efficiently. The ability to multitask and knowledge of inventory management systems enhance overall performance. While store management experience is not mandatory, having a customer engagement experience is a valuable asset for seamless client interactions and exceptional service.

Responsibility

You will be responsible for design development, creating detailed layouts and presentations using CAD software while collaborating with senior designers and clients to refine concepts, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence. Additionally, you will source materials, coordinate with vendors, and support project execution from concept to completion. Alongside these responsibilities, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff through training and performance evaluations, monitor inventory, assist in stock management, and work with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold luxury standards.
