• Lead concept development, space planning, and detailed design processes
• Review technical drawings, RCP layouts, working details, and construction sets
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants to uphold design integrity
• Conduct BOQs, cost estimation, and material selection with precision
• Oversee on-site execution to ensure quality and adherence to intent
