Skill Set

An ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience specifically in bath mat design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for creating detailed CAD designs, patterns, and technical specifications. A strong understanding of color theory, fabric textures, and weaving techniques is crucial. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into production-ready artwork are necessary. Strong collaboration skills are also important for working effectively with manufacturers and the product development team.

Responsibility

As a bath & mat designer, you will design innovative and aesthetically appealing bath mats while ensuring they align with market trends and brand identity. Creating CAD illustrations, patterns, and technical sheets. Ensuring design feasibility for production, selecting suitable materials, and coordinating with manufacturers to maintain quality standards. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to incorporate customer feedback and refine designs for better product appeal and competitiveness.
