Skill Set

The ideal draftsman should possess a strong command over AutoCAD and other drafting tools, with proven experience in interior high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects. A deep understanding of construction techniques, architectural detailing, and interior finishes is essential. The candidate must be proficient in reading and interpreting MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, ensuring smooth integration with architectural plans. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with design and technical teams are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibility

The draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings for high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring precision and adherence to design standards. They must incorporate MEP coordination accurately, identifying and resolving clashes before execution. The role includes updating drawings based on client feedback and site conditions, maintaining documentation, and collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers. Timely delivery, quality control, and maintaining clear communication with consultants and vendors are key responsibilities.
