Skill Set
The candidate in this role should possess a strong command over design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. An understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling is essential. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to interpret briefs creatively. Proficiency in motion graphics or UI design is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are key.
Responsibility
The graphic designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms. This includes branding materials, social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and website assets. They will collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and developers to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity. The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, presenting design concepts, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals that effectively communicate the intended message.
