Skill Set
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is essential. Knowledge of video editing, frame-by-frame animation, and basic sound design is a plus. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to feedback quickly. Strong communication skills, a good sense of timing and rhythm, and an understanding of branding and digital content trends are also key for this role.
Responsibility
The Junior Motion Graphic Designer will assist in creating engaging motion content for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded communications. Responsibilities include animating assets, editing video clips, supporting senior designers in concept development, and maintaining consistency across visual outputs. The role involves interpreting creative briefs, meeting project timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The designer may also be required to contribute to storyboarding, collaborate with other departments, and continuously learn and apply new techniques to enhance visual storytelling.
