Skill Set

Bringing designs to life at this level requires more than creativity, it calls for confidence, precision, and a deep understanding of light, space, texture, and the occasional bold wallpaper. A Mid-Level Interior Designer/Architect must be fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite, with expertise in design development, spatial planning, MEP coordination, and construction detailing. Equally skilled at handling clients, contractors, and chaotic mood boards, they should bring leadership in design thinking, clear communication, and seamless team collaboration.

Responsibility

This role is about shaping spaces and ideas designing, collaborating, and ideating from concept through completion. The Designer leads client presentations, develops detailed drawings, and manages timelines while juggling MEP coordination and material sourcing. They’ll supervise sites, liaise with consultants and vendors, and ensure every detail aligns with brand vision and client needs. With the ability to navigate between creative chaos and structured execution, they also mentor junior designers and ensure that light, texture, and bold moments find their place in every project.
