Skill Set

The ideal Senior Architect/Interior Designer must have a proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial projects with precision and creativity. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is essential, along with strong technical knowledge in detailing, materials, and execution. The ability to lead a team of 4–5 members or more, combined with passion, attention to detail, and a drive to push design boundaries, is critical. Excellent communication and coordination skills are a must for project success.

Responsibility

As a Senior Architect/Interior Designer, you will lead project teams through all phases of design and execution, ensuring work is technically sound and creatively inspiring. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, managing material selection, and overseeing site execution while ensuring seamless integration of services through software like AutoCAD and Revit. You will drive team leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination, maintaining the project’s creative and technical integrity.
