This role requires expertise in quality control for prototypes, robust delegation abilities, and a strong foundation in team management, organization, and communication.

Responsibility

In this role, you’ll be tasked with developing unique carpet designs that meet industry standards for quality and craftsmanship. This includes researching and incorporating new materials and production advancements to create collections that stand out in the market. You’ll aim to align designs with customer preferences and evolving trends, collaborating to deliver collections that balance beauty with function. While AutoCAD skills can be helpful, they’re not essential; instead, we’re looking for a designer who can translate creativity into lasting, high-quality products.
