Skill Set

Proficiency in inventory management systems is required.

Responsibility

As a floor manager, you will supervise and coordinate daily operations on the sales floor. You will manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, ensuring excellent customer service and promptly resolving customer issues. Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in stock management will be part of your role, along with implementing marketing promotions and maintaining display standards. You will collaborate closely with upper management to achieve sales goals and ensure that all project components meet the studio’s high standards of luxury and quality, contributing to seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
