Skill Set

The candidate should demonstrate strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and an eye for refined luxury interiors. They must be capable of blending functionality with aesthetics while managing project details efficiently.;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
• Strong presentation and visualization skills
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience in luxury interior projects

Responsibility

The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-end interior spaces from design to delivery while ensuring design quality and project timelines.

• Develop interior layouts, mood boards, and material palettes
• Prepare BOQs, GFCs, and presentation drawings
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams
• Assist in site supervision to maintain design quality
• Support project execution and client communication
