A strategic and detail-oriented Lead Architect with deep expertise in land assessment, architectural planning, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

• Proficient in land evaluation, writing design briefs, and proposing optimal architectural plans
• Experienced in securing board approvals and working with top architects and consultants (MEP, HVAC, facility planners)
• Skilled in maintaining design integrity, managing vendor contracts, and aligning execution with brand standards

Lead the architectural direction from concept to execution by integrating design strategy with operational needs and regulatory requirements.

• Assess land suitability, develop design briefs, and propose architectural solutions for approval
• Identify and coordinate with architects, MEP/HVAC consultants, and facility planners
• Manage vendor contracts and maintain strong relationships to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensure design intent is preserved throughout execution by closely collaborating with operating teams
