• Bachelor’s degree in Interior/Architecture/Spatial Design
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & 3D rendering tools
• Strong hand sketching/Procreate skills with aesthetic sense
• Knowledge of inventory, costing & material analysis
• Team management & client communication skills
• AutoCAD/AI tools knowledge (bonus)
