What exactly will I be doing?
You work on live design roles open on our platform. You source suitable candidates using your own network and approach, and you take the role through to a closed hire. We hand you the open positions and the client relationship sits with us.
How and when do I get paid?
You are paid on every position you successfully close. The exact structure differs between the remote and in-office models, and we share the full earning details with shortlisted applicants. No hidden terms.
Is there really no cap on earnings?
Correct. On the freelance model there is no upper cap. The more you close, the more you earn, on the same basis every time.
Can I do this alongside a current job?
The remote freelance model is built to fit around your schedule, so many treat it as strong extra income. The in-office model is for those who want a desk and a fixed base. Tell us your situation in the form and we will guide you.
Do you provide a database or sourcing channels?
No. Sourcing is your part of the work. The whole point of working with experienced recruiters is that you already bring your own network, channels and connections. That is exactly what we are looking for. We provide the open roles, the clients and the brand to close under.
What experience do I need?
Proven recruitment experience and a real track record of closing positions. Experience recruiting for designer roles is a strong plus. We are selective, so the closing record matters most.
