STEP 01
Request a Call
Head to hiredesigners.in, scroll to HELP HIRING TOP-TIER TALENT? and click WHERE DO WE START. Fill out the short form, our team will reach out within 48–72 hours. • Visit https://hiredesigners.in/ • Scroll down until you find "HELP HIRING TOP-TIER TALENT?" • Click on "WHERE DO WE START" • You will be taken to a form page (https://hiredesigners.in/request-a-call-back/) — fill in all the required details and click Submit. • Our team will reach out to you with a phone call within 48–72 hours to confirm and schedule a discovery meeting.
STEP 02
Discovery Meeting
To keep things transparent, we set up a meeting to walk you through exactly how HireDesigners works. Our process, pricing, and how we'll find the right designer for your specific requirement.
STEP 03
Sign the Contract
We share a sample contract. Once you're convinced, share your GST certificate and we'll draft the final agreement. Sign it and share it back along with your Job Description.
STEP 04
We Start Recruiting
A dedicated recruiter is assigned to you. A WhatsApp group is created for seamless communication. The recruitment team gets to work shortlisting the best designers for your role.
STEP 05
Review & Shortlist
Shortlisted candidate profiles are shared via an Excel sheet in your WhatsApp group. You review and narrow down to who you'd like to interview.
STEP 06
Interviews
HireDesigners coordinates and schedules interviews, online, offline, assignment-based, or a combination of those. You meet the candidates your way.
STEP 07
Offer & Onboarding
Once you've made your choice, we roll out the offer letter from you to the candidate. Any additional documents of the candidates requested by you will be shared by us.
STEP 08
Payment
Performer invoice will be shared once we share back the signed offer letter from the candidate. The amount and due of the payment will be as per the agreed terms in the contract. A tax invoice for the payment will be shared post payment.
STEP 09
Free 30-Day Replacement Guarantee
If a replacement is needed for valid reasons outlined in the contract, we restart the shortlisting process free of cost.
