Skill Set
Creative, detail oriented, and commercially aware, Designer should be able to translate brand direction into well structured product concepts. Strong coordination across teams, disciplined execution, and the ability to manage product development timelines from concept to launch.

Responsibility
Managing the development and launch of non apparel product categories while ensuring alignment with the brand vision. It requires coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring products are positioned effectively in the market.
• Manage end to end development of assigned non apparel categories from concept to launch
• Translate brand direction into clear product briefs for design and development teams
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers along with sourcing and operations teams
• Track product timelines across design, sampling, costing, and production stages
• Monitor sales performance, inventory health, and support expansion into new categories
