• Expertise in hand embroidery, surface ornamentation, beadwork, sequins, zardozi, appliqué, and embellishment techniques
• Strong sketching, motif development, and embroidery visualization skills
• Experience working with artisan clusters, karigars, and embroidery production teams
• Deep understanding of luxury craftsmanship, materials, textures, and couture detailing
• Excellent attention to detail, quality standards, and trend awareness

Responsibility

Developing innovative embroidery concepts and overseeing their execution from design development to final production.

• Create original embroidery artworks, motifs, placements, and surface development concepts for collections
• Develop and execute embroidery designs aligned with couture, bridal, and luxury fashion requirements
• Collaborate closely with fashion designers, artisans, sampling teams, and production units
• Research global trends, new embellishment techniques, materials, and craftsmanship innovations
• Oversee sampling, strike-offs, and embroidery development to ensure design accuracy and execution quality
