• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia tools
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, SCORM/xAPI, and LMS workflows
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and learning design principles
• Ability to leverage AI tools and Microsoft Copilot 365
• Strong understanding of digital media and motion design
