Creative and technically strong Senior Accessory Designer with expertise in bags and lifestyle accessories. Deep understanding of product construction, materials, and collection development, with the ability to independently drive designs from concept to execution.

• Strong experience designing bags, pouches, luggage, laptop sleeves, clutches, wallets, and lifestyle accessories
• Experience with premium or contemporary brands and a strong understanding of market trends
• Experience with sustainable leather and responsible material sourcing is an added advantage

Responsibility

Leading the end-to-end design and development of accessory collections while ensuring innovation, functionality, and brand alignment.

• Design and develop complete accessory collections from concept through production
• Create original designs with a strong focus on aesthetics, functionality, and user needs
• Develop patterns, specifications, and construction details for various accessory categories
• Collaborate with sampling, sourcing, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Research trends, materials, and consumer insights to drive innovative and commercially relevant collections
