• Excellent understanding of pattern making, garment construction, fit, and silhouette development
• Proficiency in creating original concepts, detailed tech packs, and production-ready specifications
• Strong trend forecasting, fabric sourcing, and market awareness skills

Responsibility

Owning the end-to-end design process, developing commercially successful collections, and ensuring design intent is maintained through production.

• Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, silhouettes, and womenswear collections aligned with brand vision
• Create detailed tech packs and oversee product development from sampling to final production
• Collaborate closely with pattern masters to refine fit, construction, and garment quality
• Research fashion trends, consumer preferences, fabrics, trims, and sourcing opportunities
• Present design ideas, manage vendor coordination, and ensure timely execution of collections
