Skill Set

A toy designer with strong creative and technical capability, able to translate textile-based concepts into 3D, CAD-ready outputs. Must work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and understand soft-product construction.

• Expertise in 3D modelling (Rhino, Fusion 360, Blender, or similar)
• Strong understanding of textile or soft-product design
• Ability to create technical packs and pattern layouts
• Experience with BOM creation
• Background in Toy Design, Product Design, or Textile Design

Responsibility

Responsible for leading the full toy design process from concept to production, ensuring all outputs meet quality, feasibility, and timeline requirements.

• Develop CAD-ready 3D toy concepts using textile materials
• Create technical packs, patterns, and BOMs
• Collaborate with historian, textile teams, and artisans
• Guide designs through prototypes and final refinements
• Manage deliverables across strict project milestones
