Responsibility

“Lead the architectural direction from concept to execution by integrating design strategy with operational needs and regulatory requirements.

• Assess land suitability, develop design briefs, and propose architectural solutions for approval
• Identify and coordinate with architects, MEP/HVAC consultants, and facility planners
• Manage vendor contracts and maintain strong relationships to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensure design intent is preserved throughout execution by closely collaborating with operating teams”
