Hire Designers, a registered brand of M/s Narangi (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Company”) owns the website https://hiredesigners.in (“Platform”). The Company owns and operates the services provided through the Platform.

By clicking the “I accept” and “I understand” button or using any of the services you (“you”, “your” or “User”) represent that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company, and (3) you have the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions personally or on behalf of any other person, and to bind that person to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or do not have the authority to agree to them you must not use the services.

The User also understands that the services may include certain communications from the Company as service announcements and notifications. The User understands and agrees that the services are provided on an “as is” basis and that the Company does not assume any responsibility for deletions, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalized settings.

Furthermore, the User grants the Company the right to disclose to third parties Personal Data to the extent necessary for the purpose of carrying out the services.

When you use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from our representatives periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication as may be determined by the Company.
