Skill Set

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of land assessment and architectural design, with the ability to create comprehensive design briefs and optimal plans. They must have experience in seeking plan approvals from boards, sourcing primary architects and consultants, and coordinating with facility planners, MEP, and HVAC consultants. Strong skills in maintaining design integrity, managing vendor contracts and relationships, and ensuring seamless design intent coordination with operating teams are essential.

Responsibility

The Lead Architect will be responsible for assessing land suitability and creating broad design briefs. They will suggest optimal architectural plans and secure necessary approvals from the board. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging primary architects, facility planners, and MEP and HVAC consultants. The candidate must ensure design integrity is upheld throughout the project, manage vendor contracts and relationships, and coordinate design intent with operating teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.
