Skill Set

To thrive in this role, a Jr. Interior Designer/Architect must blend technical skills with a love for light, space, texture and the occasional bold wallpaper. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MEP coordination is essential. A sharp eye for detail, creative ideation, and spatial awareness are key. Strong communication and time management help navigate between clients, contractors, and chaotic mood boards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, aesthetically driven, and eager to collaborate and design impactful spaces.

Responsibility

Stepping into this role, you will be responsible for designing spaces, collaborate, and ideate with senior designers from concept to completion. You’ll support layout drafting, MEP coordination, and client-ready presentations. Expect to handle client briefs, vendor interactions, site visits, and material sourcing. You’ll keep track of project documentation, assist procurement, and help maintain creative momentum—even through design chaos. A balance of technical execution and fresh thinking is essential, along with a passion for texture, form, and meaningful interiors.
