What exactly will I be doing?
You will handle the full recruitment cycle for open mandates provided by our platform. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting screening rounds, managing the interview workflow with the client, and negotiating the final offer.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed on a per-successful-hire basis. Detailed commission structures are shared during onboarding. We ensure timely monthly payouts for all successfully closed positions.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No. Our model is built for high-performers. The more roles you close, the more you earn. There is no upper limit to your monthly commission potential.
Can I do this alongside a current job?
While we prefer focused attention, the freelance model offers flexibility. However, you must meet the minimum activity levels and responsiveness required to successfully close global roles.
Do you provide a database?
No. We expect expert recruiters to have their own sourcing methods and networks. While we have a massive community, we look for closers who can hunt and find talent wherever they are.
